When your question relates to an existing HiLernity account, we recommend contacting us from the email address connected to that account. This helps us identify the correct account while protecting your information.
Learner and parent support
If you are a learner or parent, we can help with questions about tutor profiles, accounts, bookings, lesson management, and using HiLernity.
When contacting us about a booking, include the relevant booking information where possible. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, verification codes, or other sensitive security information by email.
Tutor support
If you have applied to become a tutor, please use your HiLernity dashboard to check the current status of your application.
Contact us if you are experiencing a technical problem, cannot access your account, have difficulty uploading a required document, or need clarification about information requested during the review process.
Technical support
If something on the website is not working as expected, it helps if you include the page you were visiting, the device or browser you were using, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can also be helpful, provided it does not contain passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive information.
