HiLernity is designed to make the path from finding a tutor to making progress clear and manageable.

For learners

1. Explore approved tutors

Start on Find a Tutor and review profiles, specialities, languages, experience, education, qualifications, and lesson information.

2. Choose the right fit

Consider your goal, preferred teaching style, schedule, subject focus, and budget.

3. Create and verify your account

Create a HiLernity account when you are ready to use private features or make a booking, and verify your email address.

4. Choose an available time

Approved tutors manage their availability. Where booking is enabled, choose a suitable time and lesson duration.

5. Pay securely where required

When paid checkout is enabled, the booking flow will show the lesson price and payment step before confirmation.

6. Join the lesson and continue

Online lessons may use Google Meet, Zoom, or another suitable meeting service. Return to your account for future bookings and continue learning with HiLernity resources between lessons.

For tutors

1. Apply

Complete Become a Tutor with accurate professional information and verify your email.

2. Complete your professional profile

Add your photo, teaching information, education, qualifications, and supporting documents in the tutor dashboard.

3. Complete review

HiLernity reviews the application and may request changes. A 100% complete profile does not automatically mean approval; an administrator must complete the review.

4. Manage your approved profile

After approval, manage availability, lesson duration, and relevant account information through your dashboard.

5. Teach professionally

Attend confirmed lessons on time, keep availability accurate, maintain professional boundaries, and follow the Tutor Terms.
