Corrections & Accuracy Policy
Effective: 4 September 2026
HiLernity aims to correct meaningful errors rather than hide them. HiLernity is operated by ТОО “Top Notch Agency LLP”.
Report a problem
Email support@hilernity.com with the page URL and a short description of the issue. Helpful reports identify the sentence, example or translation that may be wrong or unclear.
What we review
We review factual errors, misleading grammar explanations, unnatural or incorrect examples, broken exercises, translation problems, incorrect CEFR labels and material accessibility or formatting issues that affect understanding.
How corrections are handled
Minor typographical fixes may be corrected directly. Changes that materially alter an explanation, answer, example or translation should be checked for consistency with related material before publication.
Publication and modified dates
The original publication date is preserved. A page’s modified timestamp changes when WordPress records a real edit; HiLernity does not reset publication dates merely for search-engine freshness.
Reviewer and source claims
A correction must not add a reviewer, credential, quotation or source that cannot be substantiated.
Response
We may not be able to reply individually to every report, but useful reports are considered in the maintenance queue. Safety, privacy and account issues should be reported through the appropriate support or Trust & Safety channel rather than this editorial process.
